Refund + Exchange Policy
We believe in offering our customers products that support a happy, healthy, and mindful lifestyle. We carefully curate only a handful of items in our Shop to ensure quality, low overhead, and a low environmental footprint.
We want you to love the pieces you've purchased. If for some reason you don't, please follow the steps outlined below for your specific situation and we will make it right.
Refunds are only processed if the item(s) that are damaged, defective, or the incorrect item(s).
Shipping and handling on returned and exchanged merchandise will not be refunded. This is the cost of the customer.
You can return goods in their original, unused condition and original packaging within 20 days of purchase.
A few types of goods are exempt from being returned (e.g. toothbrushes, straws). These exempted items are clearly stated on their individual product pages.
To complete your return, we require proof of purchase from Stone + Stump. Please email us at email@example.com.
If your order has arrived damaged, defective, or you’ve received the incorrect item, please keep all of the original packaging along with the contents and contact us within 3 days of receiving your order. Please send photos of the damage to firstname.lastname@example.org.
We only process exchanges on items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at email@example.com.
The exchange is offered as an Online Credit that you can use to redeem on item(s) of your choosing in our Stone + Stump shop.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items are final sale.
Lost Parcels, Incorrect or Incomplete Delivery Address
*Sorry! We cannot be held responsible for damages, delays, lost parcels and/or additional charges incurred by Canada Post or other third party shipping services. It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that a proper shipping address is provided at time of checkout. Items returned to sender due to improper or incomplete address will be the responsibility of the customer.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Kinsfolk Shop cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item otherwise.
